Designer Richard Shapiro’s Great Taste For Antiques

Veranda House of Windsor was a show-house in La where Windsor Smith teamed up with other designers to build and show case a 8,000 square foot home. Interior designers included Candace Barnes, Stephen Block, Peter Dunham, Richard Hallberg, Kathryn M. Ireland, Martyn Lawrence-Bullard, Paul Robbins, Richard Shapiro, and Tara Shaw joined with Windsor to design this elaborate home which was then later featured in  Veranda Magazine.  Above we see a room in the House of Windsor designed by Richard Shapiro

Richard Shapiro also had some of the best designs in the Greystone Estate featured in Veranda Magazine back in 2010.  Veranda showcased the talent of 28 nationally known designers, which all presented their best renovation and decorating ideas. which was later featured in the magazine.

Greystone is the largest family estate ever built in Beverly Hills. The estate was originally built by Edward Laurence Doheny for his family.  The manse is now owned by the City of Beverly Hills.   In fact, this spectacular home was used in many movies such as Indecent Proposal and Spiderman.
